Catherine Lagaʻaia stars as Moana, with Dwayne Johnson returning as Maui. The movie retells the story of Moana leaving Motunui and crossing the ocean to restore prosperity to her people.
The home release arrives less than two months after the film opened in cinemas on July 10. Disney's official movie page still positions the film as its live-action reimagining of the 2016 animated hit.
